The Parrot London is a live music cocktail bar offering quality cocktails, food and entertainment in an intimate tropical environment.

Founded by Lee & Nicky Caulfield in partnership with The Waldorf Hilton Hotel

Featuring London’s finest musicians performing on The Yamaha London Stage, The Parrot is the newest addition to the music scene in London. You can find the house band and guest artists playing your favourite songs from pop, jazz, funk and soul every evening until late.

Exotic, playful, highly social and intelligent, our menu is inspired by the unique characteristics of parrots from across the world. There are 393 known species of these tropical and vividly coloured birds and our menu, individually designed by our award-winning mixologist, who seeks to reflect their beauty, individuality and one-of-a-kind personality.

All our cocktails are blended using the highest quality alcohol and ingredients and presented in their own unique way to delight your taste buds and heighten your overall sensory experience. The Parrot is also the first bar to offer the service of arriving in style via an Aston Martin S Rapide.
